Group Therapy

Group psychotherapy is a powerful intervention for addressing a wide range of problems including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Personality disorders
  • Impulse control problems
  • Identity issues
  • Interpersonal difficulties

While research on group therapy has found that it can be as or more effective than individual psychotherapy, these two treatment modalities often complement each other when clients engage in them simultaneously.
