Welcome all nursing students!
Upstate University Health System is pleased and excited to accommodate your clinical nursing experience. Whether you are engaged in clinical instruction in one of our facilities or are doing a role transition into practice, our aim is to offer you the opportunity to experience nursing practice in a paramount setting. We strive to offer a learning environment that promotes patient directed care, professionalism, teamwork, and diversity.
To ensure that we continually provide the best customer service to our affiliating schools and colleges of nursing, we request that students provide feedback about their experiences. This can be best achieved through the completion of one of the surveys below.
If you are completing a clinical rotation with a clinical instructor,
please complete the
Student Nurse Clinical Group Evaluation.
If you are completing a role transition, please complete the
Student Nurse Preceptorship Experience Evaluation.
