Upstate’s Margaret L. Williams Developmental Evaluation Center celebrates 30 years

Puppeteers from the Open Hand Theater perform during the 30th anniversary celebration of the Upstate Medical University’s Margaret L. Williams Developmental Evaluation Center Nov. 3.  The center has provided diagnosis and treatment for autism and other disorders since 1972.
