New location opens for cancer treatment
A new center for cancer care and infusion services opened this spring at Upstate Community Hospital.
Board-certified physicians, oncology-certified nurses and other caregivers will staff the space, which will be available to patients from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
In addition to 11 infusion chairs and four exam rooms, patients will have access to emotional counseling, spiritual care, nutritional counseling and rehabilitation.
Parking is free, and valet parking is available.
