Writers and artists whose work appears on the pages of this year's double issue of 'The Healing Muse" literary journal will appear at a launch party Wednesday, Oct. 14.

Copies of the publication will be available for sale at the event, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Medical Alumni Auditorium in Weiskotten Hall, 766 Irving Ave., Syracuse.

The Healing Muse is the annual journal of literary and visual art published by Upstate's Center for Bioethics and Humanities. The publication is in its 15th year.
