'Safe Kids Sunday' offers free Syracuse Chiefs admission

baseballThe Syracuse Chiefs host Safe Kids Sunday May 18. Kids 12 and under get into the baseball game for free, and adults pay just $3 when they mention "Safe Kids" at the ticket office.

A health and safety expo takes place on the concourse of the stadium, offering free fitted bicycle helmets to kids while supplies last. There will also be Safe Child ID cards, raffles and health information.

Stadium gates open at 1 p.m., and the game against the Columbus Clippers starts at 2 p.m.

This event is sponsored by Safe Kids Upstate NY, the Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital, United Healthcare and the Foundation for Upstate/Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital.
