Staying safe in extreme cold weather

The Weather Channel has been covering the dangerous deep freeze that is expected to arrive overnight in Central New York. Meteorologists predict "the coldest weather in years."

"It is a matter of physics," he says. "It is going to take the heat our of your skin, and eventually the water in there will start to freeze."
