It's the last few days of the State Fair, a bittersweet ode to our too-quickly fading summer. Yet, at the same time, the grand finale we look forward to just before the kids go back to school.

• Epic MyChart – Did you know Upstate now offers your health records on an easy to use and secure website and smart phone app? Your health is important to you around the clock—not just during office hours. That's why Upstate Medical University offers MyChart. With this internet connection to your doctor's office, you can request appointments and prescription refills, review your health history and more—online, any time. Stop by the booth Saturday to learn more!

  Our dedicated nurse liasion guides women through a sometimes complex healthcare environment, advising them on the resources available for their health and wellness needs.
