The event includes health screenings, exercise, reiki therapy, nutritional information, heart-healthy tastings, mssage, yoga and medication , plus vendors with jewelry, foods and more. It is organized by the cardiovascular nursing staff at Upstate University Hospital, who shared "Nurse of the Year" honors from the Bankers Healthcare Group and the Central New York Business Journal.
