Healthy Monday: Learn how yoga can improve overall health and wellness

Infinite Light Yoga instructor Rebekah Young leads multi-level yoga classes from 5 to 6:15 p.m. Mondays in the east lounge of Upstate's Campus Activities Building.

Everyone is welcome, and your first class is free. Pay $36 for four consecutive weeks, or $12 per class on a drop-in basis.
