Meet 'Chef Professionalism' award winner Bill Gokey
Gokey appears on Health Link on Air radio Sunday, Sept. 25. He received the "chef professionalism" award from the Syracuse Chapter of the American Culinary Federation this year.
He says for someone who likes food and helping people, a career such as his might be a great option. The hours can be long, the work can be hard, and the kitchen is hot, "but overall it can be very, very rewarding."
