Upstate's Healthcare Exploration Camp offers a unique and immersive experience for campers to explore diverse healthcare professions within a safe, enjoyable, and stimulating environment. Participants will have the incredible opportunity to engage with experienced healthcare professionals and gain valuable insights into their career paths and experiences.
This camp provides a platform for campers to learn about a variety of healthcare professions through interactive sessions, allowing them to truly understand the nature of the work involved. The emphasis on safety, fun, and excitement ensures an engaging and enriching experience for all.
There is no cost for this camp.
Requirements:
- Campers must be in 8th or 9th grade, and over the age of 13 prior to camp.
- Submit an application and essay
- A recommendation from the student's guidance counselor
- Complete the health clearance/onboarding process
- Campers cannot have attended a camp at Upstate in the past. This is to allow others a chance to participate.
