Katilyn Reber, RN
Kaitlyn Reber BSN, RN, CCRN is a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator at Upstate University Hospital. Kaitlyn has been a Registered Nurse since 2008 after receiving her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Nazareth University.
Kaitlyn began her nursing career at RRH Unity Hospital, providing care on a busy medical-surgical floor. In 2011 Kaitlyn joined the Upstate team as a nurse in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit, where she worked for over ten years providing care to critically ill and injured patients.
Kaitlyn became the Clinical Training Specialist for the SICU in 2019 where she provided trauma education and guided new employees in their orientation. Kaitlyn has held roles such as chair of nursing congress and critical care shared governance. Kaitlyn is a member of the AACN, STN, and ATS.
