"Rebuild your self-image and rediscover the pleasures of eating."
The Mindful Eating Program is a non-diet approach designed for those individuals who:
- Are chronic dieters
- Have struggled with their weight
- Have tried all the "latest and greatest" fads and gimmicks
- Have hit the diet bottom
Participants will learn to:
- Respect & recognize their hunger
- Enjoy foods, while naturally eating less
- Cope with emotions without using food
- Exercise for fun
- Be at peace with their body
The Mindful Eating Program is a non-traditional approach to healthy weight loss and improved self-esteem. Using the principles of mindfulness, individuals learn to recognize what triggers their eating. Participants learn to recognize the difference between physical and non-physical hungers and how to cope in a healthy way with both.
