At the end of the rotation fellows are evaluated on six core competencies using our electronic system in MedHub. Every 6 months fellows meeting with the Program Director to go over the fellows progress. Each fellow will be graded according to the ACGME Milestones in Patient Care, Medical Knowledge, Practice-Based Learning, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Professionalism, and Systes-Based Practice. All evaluations for the 6 month period will be reviewed along with any other pertinent information regarding the fellows education.
