First Year Rotations:

Hospital Medicine

• 8 weeks on Inpatient Pediatrics working with resident and medical student teams
• 2 weeks on Pediatric Surgery
• 2 weeks on Newborn Nursery
• 2 weeks on NICU
• 2 weeks on Pediatric Emergency Medicine

Electives

• 16 weeks of individualized elective curriculum targeted towards the fellow’s career goals
• Rotation options include but are not limited to 2-4 week blocks on anesthesia, child advocacy/child abuse, child psychiatry, dermatology, global health, medical genetics, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, palliative care, pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology, pediatric ENT, pediatric gastroenterology, pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric infectious disease, pediatric nephrology, pediatric neurology, pediatric pulmonology, pediatric radiology, and pediatric surgery/trauma

Scholarly Activity

• 16 weeks of dedicated time to work on scholarly projects, complete IHI and CITI modules, attend QI scholars course, etc.

Second Year Rotations:

Hospital Medicine

• 8 weeks of individualized Inpatient Pediatrics
• 4 weeks on Community Hospital Medicine
• 4 weeks on PICU including transports

Electives

• 16 weeks of individualized elective curriculum targeted towards the fellow’s career goals

Scholarly Activity

• 16 weeks of dedicated time to work on scholarly projects
