Welcome to the Upstate Mentoring Program...Mentoring UP!

Mentoring is a key component of our employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall career development. This program provides the opportunity for employees to be matched with a Mentor for a one-year period. During that time, experienced Mentors will provide expert guidance, role modeling, advice, and exposure to learning opportunities to assist employees in achieving their goals and enhancing their skills and competencies. The mentoring program is available to all Upstate employees. 

The program runs from July 1 to June 30 each year. New applications for those willing to become Mentors and for those wanting to be mentored (become a Mentee) are accepted around mid-April. Please watch for specific dates and details that will be posted in Upstate Announcements. All new mentors and mentees will be required to go through a brief training and orientation prior to beginning.
