WELCOME: Upstate President Dr Mantosh Dewan greets Dr Cynthia Taub, the Edward C. Reifenstein Professor of Medicine and chair of the Department of Medicine; and Dr Jonathan Miller, chair of the Department of Neurosurgery. Both Taub and Miller began their leadership roles at Upstate recently. Taub previously served at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Miller at Case Western Reserve University.
