UPSTATE LAB POWER! With the help of Upstate Medical University and Quadrant Biosciences, a new Covid-19 surveillance testing lab opened on the University at Buffalo campus. The lab is run by Upstate and Quadrant, and will boost SUNY’s system-wide capacity to roughly 350,000 tests per week. Turnaround time is expected to be 24 hours or less.
