KEEPING CAMPUS SAFE: Upstate has introduced a new self-screening COVID-19 assessment tool that can be completed on a smart phone or computer (www.upstate.edu/selfscreen). Based on responses of possible COVID symptoms, an individual will be asked to call 315-464-THEM, or be cleared to access campus. Once on campus, individuals will be asked to use hand sanitizer and pick up an ear-loop mask to wear during the day. This self-screening assessment must be completed daily to access an Upstate building at entrances where screeners are not stationed.
