Team Upstate:
As part of the Medical Executive Committee’s continuing focus on medical staff leadership development, we will be offering another year of leadership workshops offered by Ahern, Murphy & Associates (https://ahernmurphy.com/leadership-development/).
We have 15 open spots remaining in this year’s class and welcome self-nominations for students. Please email Beth Erwin ([email protected]) if you are interested, we will select attendees on a first come, first serve basis.
The workshops are a mixture of talks and group exercises. There will be three workshops, off campus, one in the spring, one in the summer, and one in the fall. Each workshop is four hours in length. Beverages and snacks are provided. The workshops are not only extremely educational and thought provoking, but they give you a chance to engage with your peers and other leaders at Upstate. The workshops focus on the traits, characteristics, and actions which separate leaders from non-leaders and great leaders from everyone else.
Upstate wants Eagles, not Ducks.
