  • COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS: Upstate’s Inclusive Health Services had a display booth out at the Cazenovia Pride Fest June 19 in celebration of Pride Month. HIS offers an affirming space for primary care to the LGBTQ+ community, including transgender care, regardless of HIV status.

  • CAMPUS VISIT: New York State Sens., second from left, John Mannion, Rachel May and Pete Harckham, chair of the State Senate Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Committee, with Upstate Medical University President Mantosh Dewan gathered on campus to meet Upstate addiction experts and to discuss Upstate’s successful and innovative treatment programs, and ways to collaborate to improve addiction health policy in CNY and across NY State.
