  • CELEBRATING UPSTATE’S CHAPLAIN INTERNS: Four chaplain interns graduated this week from Upstate Clinical Pastoral Education program. Flanked by Father Eric Malcom, left, and Rev. Terry Culbertson, right, are, from left, Deacon Tom Cushy, Pastor Ralph Featherstone, Tina Dillman and Father Vincent Oguejiofor. Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is experiential theological education designed to improve the quality of spiritual care offered by spiritual caregivers of all faiths and levels of experience.

  • UNITED FOR MOMS: Emerging Leaders United Upstate chapter members, from left Tara Pinkerton, Sarah Trapani and Veronica Farrell, with goods collected for the United for Moms drive, conducted in partnership with the United Way of Central New York. Upstate employees dropped off toiletries at collection boxes throughout Upstate that filled more than 200 gift bags distributed by various agencies, including Chadwick Residence, Vera House, Huntington Family Centers and others.

More than 500 friends and family members filled Hendricks Chapel for the service.

More than 100 people attended, including 25 kidney donors who were honored for giving of themselves to improve the lives of others.
