Input sought for Covid vaccine survey by Jan. 10

A team of vaccination and public health experts at Upstate developed a brief, five-minute survey to better understand preferences for vaccinating children against Covid. The information will help the team better understand barriers to vaccine uptake and improve access.
The anonymous survey is open to everyone at Upstate and is available here: https://redcap.upstate.edu/surveys/?s=LE3PF7A87EEL8RN3.
The survey link is also available on computer desktops throughout campus as an icon named, “Children COVID Vaccines.” The survey closes Jan. 10. Questions? Email Alyssa Indelicato at IndelicA@Upstate.edu.
