StandPoint survey for faculty

Upstate continues its participation in the Association of American Medical College (AAMC) StandPoint surveys to attract and retain the best and brightest academic research scientists, educators, and clinicians. All full- and part-time faculty members will be invited in the coming weeks to take part in the updated StandPoint faculty engagement survey, administered by the AAMC. The survey will be sent directly to faculty emails. All responses are confidential. Taking part in StandPoint surveys allow Upstate to assess what drives faculty engagement, benchmark that information with other institutions, and provide learning and training opportunities that will enhance our institution’s ability to implement improvements to make our university an even more vibrant place for our faculty to work. Questions about the survey? Email JoAnne Race at [email protected].
