To request a referral, consultation, or second opinion, you may directly contact the neurosurgeon that practices the specific subspecialty needed. If you are unsure as to which neurosurgeon you should contact, please call our main department number and our staff will assist you.

Our outpatient offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Because of surgery schedules, the physicians typically see patients on specific days. We will make every effort to offer a mutually convenient time.
