Deborah Bedford

She was great. I was concerned about my recent MRI but she said not to worry and that made me feel better.

This provider LISTENS. Is a patient you are at the mercy of your providers and Deb is very good at what she does. I appreciate her compassion and encouragement, and the education that she has to provide every once in a while.

I had one minor issue and that was a vitamin D excess and she explained that and took care of it.

I have been a patient at the clinic for years and I have never been treated so poorly in the past by any other no..or provider I felt bullied to be honest, and D.Bedford had tralked over me, invalidated my pain and said my pain was not from my condition, I was made to feel ashame for not being able to walk on my heels and I will not come back to a place where I am made to feel like that . I requested a referral closer to my home and still haven't received one . No one should be made to feel that way .

Nurse Bedford didn't put my new symptoms into my chart and didn't seem to care. She just responded with 'that's weird'. When I asked her the cause of sharp pains I've been experiencing, she immediately responded 'I don't prescribe narcotics for that'. I never even asked for drugs, I simply asker her what was the cause of the pain. I told her about my chronic fatigue and how Dr McGraw said he could prescribe a low grade stimulant to help me, she immediately shut that down and said no. I'm staring a career in physical therapy in May, and warm temperatures make my fatigue really bad. This could be dangerous for my patients, and she just brushed it off. I want to see Dr McGraw going forward. He provides excellent care.

I really didn't feel like she listened to me

I have always had complete trust in Deb Bedford with. Any recommendations she makes

I felt that Deborah paid more attention to typing her notes snd rarely took the time to look at me. She failed to tell me about the concerns she had regarding my latest MRI, I asked her and I didn't receive a satisfactory answer. I would have appreciated a more detailed answer but because I felt rushed, I didn't pursue it.

I just want a physician to explain and deal with my three MRI's . My Post and Chronic Lyme disease is not being addressed.

The NP was thorough in her evaluation and checked with multiple sources for compatibility of medications.
