Complete the appropriate Post-Test for Infection Control Training Program:

Test for Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, CRNAs, Midwives, Chiropractors, and Psychologists

Post-Test for Infection Control Training Program for MD, PA, NP and PhD (If you score less than 80%, you will need to call (315) 464-5733 to have the test reset before you can retake it.)

If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) please access Brightspace and search for Infection Control - NYS Mandatory Training for Nursing Staff (course search keyword: infection control). Completion of this course is entered into Self Serve education record under the code: INFECTCONT
