Student Profile:

My research focuses on developing deep learning models to analyze genomic data with the dual objectives of better predicting psychiatric disease risk as well as identifying disease associated genomic networks.In general, I am interested in neuropsychiatric diseases and the application of machine learning and bioinformatics methods to analyze high throughput biological data for the purposes of improved diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
