A visit from The Healing Muse: 'Haiku from Start to Finish'

[00:00:18] she adds two layers --

[00:00:20] to please grandma

[00:00:22] adults talking

[00:00:23] about the weather

[00:00:24] children not

[00:00:26] cloudy sky

[00:00:28] same hike with

[00:00:29] older knees

[00:00:31] blue spruce

[00:00:31] dusted with snow --

[00:00:33] nursing home

[00:00:35] stapled to his

[00:00:36] health care proxy

[00:00:38] a list of passwords

[00:00:40] clothes set out

[00:00:41] for the morning

[00:00:42] that never came

[00:00:44] remembrance dinner

[00:00:45] long flight back

[00:00:47] with leftovers

[00:00:48] maple leaves

[00:00:50] afloat on the lake --

[00:00:51] for now
