Social workers care for the caregivers during pandemic; their tips can work for the public as well

Sara Obrist and Tamika Hudson talk about ways to keep yourself on track during times of stress: maintaining a routine, including some activity and staying connected. They are part of a team of social workers at Upstate University Hospital who are providing support to staff members during the coronavirus pandemic.

Note: If you are running a fever along with a cough or shortness of breath and are concerned about a possible coronavirus infection, contact your primary care doctor.
