Running a hospital is a bit like coaching a football team. Syracuse University head football coach Dino Babers and Upstate University Hospital Chief Executive Officer Robert Corona, DO, share their philosophies on leadership, team building and resiliency. Trust is a key component for both men. Babers explains his strategy for getting all of his players on the same page. Corona, a neuropathologist, points out that humans have evolved as a species in part because of their ability to work as a team. The two community leaders also talk about resiliency.
