Upstate Medical University alumnus Thomas Madejski, MD, is president of the Medical Society of the State of New York. He's a specialist in internal medicine in Medina, near Buffalo, who focuses mostly on geriatrics and palliative care. He talks about issues facing the society, including the improvement of end-of-life care, physician-assisted suicide and medical marijuana.
