One of the scientists who discovered microRNA tells how it was found, what it means

Most people have heard of DNA. Less well known aew RNA and the short segments of RNA called microRNA, which were discovered in the 1990s. One of the scientists credited with discovering microRNA, Victor Ambros, PhD, from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, recently spoke to researchers and physicians at Upstate. In this talk with "HealthLink on Air," he tell how his team learned of the existence of microRNA and why it's important.
