Evaluating symptoms of multiple sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is a disease of the central nervous system that can cause a variety of unpredictable symptoms. Its diagnosis is tricky and may involve the expertise of a neuropsychologist, such as Dominic Carone, PhD. Carone is the coordinator of the neuropsychology assessment program at Upstate Medical University. He shares a paper he wrote about a patient who was told she had multiple sclerosis, only to learn later that she did not.
