Maxine Thompson, LCSW-R, and Mozart Guerrier, MSW, talk about Upstate's new community partnership, the Resident Health Advocates program - how the partnership was built and the role of peer leaders in community health. The leadership program was developed by the Healthy Neighbors Partnership, a collaboration between Upstate and the Syracuse Housing Authority. Thompson is Assistant Vice President in Upstate's Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and Guerrier is the Healthy Neighbors Partnership coordinator.
