ELUCIDATE (LUCI), a project insight platform developed within Upstate Medical University’s Information Management and Technology (IMT) division, was one of the seven recipients of seed funding through the TAF. Upstate’s Chief Information Officer, Mark Zeman, and Mary DeGroat, director of the Moonshot department, were the lead investigators on the grant proposal as well as the inventors of LUCI.
