We are happy that you are interested in a career with SUNY Upstate Medical University.  Please be advised that the New York State Department of Health is now mandating that all NYS hospital and healthcare workers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  We are requiring that you be fully vaccinated prior to your start date.  Federal guidelines state that a person is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after receiving either 1) the second dose in a two-dose series COVID-19 Vaccination or 2) a single-dose COVID-19 Vaccination, and have received a booster if eligible. This vaccine mandate will be covered in detail during the interview/onboarding process.  Thank you
