Simple practices can help to manage stress

The pandemic has taken a toll on health care workers, including aides and technicians, doctors and nurses. Many are working longer hours, in crowded facilities, while a deadly virus circulates. To address what they, or anyone, can do to cope with stress, Kaushal Nanavati, MD, talks about self-care and some simple things that can help. Nanavati, a family practitioner, is Upstate's assistant dean of wellness and medical director of integrative therapy.
