Have you been putting off the task of making your health care wishes known? Bill Pfohl, communications officer for Hospice of Central New York, explains why it's important to make advance directives before a person becomes ill. He talks about the health care proxy, living will and Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment, or MOLST, form. Pfohl also addresses how to talk with your doctor and your loved ones about your wishes regarding end-of-life care.
