Victoria Titoff, DO

Attempted to change mefication I've been on since November. Pill were way too big to swallow & had way too many side effects that may or may not happen. However I'd have to have my liver & pancreas monitored as this medication can cause very serious & even deadly side effects. I got the Dr. To switch me back to my regular prescription which wasn't causing any real serious side effects except drowsiness sometimes. I don't drive so that wouldn't be an issue.

When I was told some disturbing news I became upset and really didn't listen the rest of appointment. However after receiving mailing I needed To find my own therapist (which I did to no avail I had a social worker from her practice call me today. This changed my mind set that someone was going to help me.

Dr. Titoff is amazing. She is kind, considerate of my needs and respects me, my questions, and acknowledges my mother and her experience in the medical field (as a former medical assistant and as a caregiver to my dad and my siblings). When I ask a question, she explains it in a way that I can understand.

The Doctor also listened to and discussed a new concern for which I was not originally being treated.

Best option is Telehealth when I am stable

Dr. Titoff is the reason I stay at Upstate. I've had over 5 neurologists throughout the years and I've never felt like any of them cared. Dr. Titoff is amazing and I'm so thankful to have her in my network of doctors.

Dr. Titoff was amazing! Not only in the way she spoke to us, but also in the way she helped guide the medical student and the resident.
