Dr. Carlos muniz is concerned about my seizures and want me to finish my keppra this saturday night and then done with that for good and then I take my lamotrigines meds zonisamide med and clobazam med see how those 3 work together and if no problems in next 2 months then it would be great.

Doctor never examined me. He sat at the computer my entire visit. We discussed my getting a 90 day prescription, but code was not entered correctly. Today is the 8th day since I saw the dr. I have called his office twice, and my pharmacy called, and I still do not have my prescription.

Dr Muniz provided excellent care for my son thoroughly explaining all factors and discussing future options.

Dr.muniz took care of my headaches and inflamortory bowel disease problems somemore by prescribing predisone and omeprazole 20mg to me which I started taking saturday morning at 11:30am. Later steve hebert.

I have been very impressed with Dr. Muniz. I feel like he truly listens to our concerns and partners with us in my son's care.

I miss *Jerry Meyer. He did NOT even introduce himself it was my 1st visit with him and he was very rude if you ask me. I have had 2 allergic reactions to meds. One that didn't agree either and my meds I take don't bother me he wanted me to change meds or get off my meds. Then discharged me because I wouldn't do either. #4. It was his way or literally the highway.

This doctor and nursing staff was nice and would like to do the best for me to help get rid of my seizures for me one day and control them better.

This was our first visit to this provider, but not the office. I left feeling indifferent. Not overly impressed, yet not disappointed. I look forward to upcoming appointments
