A Seamless Phase 2A-Phase 2B Randomized Double-Blind Placebo-Controlled Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Benfotiamine in Patients with Early Alzheimer’s Disease (BenfoTeam)

To see if a lab made version of Vitamin B1 (benfotiamine) can be used to prevent or improve symptoms of memory loss in individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment or Mild Alzheimer's Dementia.
