A Prospective and Retrospective Observational Study of Multidrug-Resistant Patient Outcomes with and without Ibalizumab in a Real-World Setting: United States (PROMIse-US)

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

To look at routine healthcare data to see how effective and long-lasting Trogarzo is when combined with other other drugs used to treat adults living with HIV who have tried multiple regimens and cannot be successfully treated with other therapies because of resistance, intolerance or safety considerations.
