Phase II Randomized, Prospective Trial of Lutetium Lu 177 DOTATATE PRRT versus Capecitabine and Temozolomide in Well-differentiated Pancreatic Neuroendocrine TumorsWhat is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)
The purpose of this study is to compare the combination of two oral chemotherapy drugs, temozolomide and capecitabine, to using lutetium Lu 177 dotatate, a radioactive drug given through your vein, and to find out if this different approach is better, the same, or worse than the usual approach.Upstate Institutional Review Board (IRB) Number:
