S2104 - Randomized Phase II Trial of Postoperative Adjuvant Capecitabine and Temozolomide versus Observation in High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

This study is being done to answer the following question: Can we lower the chance of pNET coming back by giving chemotherapy after surgery? The purpose of this study is to compare the usual approach (observation) to using capecitabine and temozolomide (chemotherapy).
