Study Title:A Phase 2/2B, Randomized Trial to Evaluate the Safety, Immunogenicity and Efficacy of a
Zika Virus DNA Vaccine in Healthy Adults and Adolescents
What is the purpose of the study?The main purpose of this study is to see if the experimental vaccine is safe and if there are any side effects. We also want to study immune responses to the vaccine including cells that may recognize and fight Zika virus. This study will take place in areas where Zika outbreaks are happening or may happen.
