Study Title:

Assessment of Lower Limb Muscle Structure and Performance in Youth Single-Sport and
Multi-Sport Athletes

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

The purpose of this study is to see if there is a difference in lower limb muscle structure and performance between single sport and multi-sport youth athletes. By having the athletes participate in lower limb testing, evaluations will be made to see if any differences lie between the muscular balances in the two groups. This evaluation is made in order to see whether or not one group may be more susceptible to injuries.
