Cage Compared to MOBIS Peek Cage for the Treatment of Spondylolisthesis and Degenerative Disc

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

The purpose of this registry study is to simply to gather more information about the MOBIS II ST interbody fusion device when compared to the MOBIS Peek Cage to assess the maintenance of spinal disc height and rates of fusion.
