Welcome to Upstate Medical University

Employee/Student Health is responsible for pre-employment health screening and instruction of incoming residents and fellows. Health clearance must be completed before beginning employment.

Interns, residents and fellows must meet health requirements for employment as specified by the New York State Health Code (Title 10, Part 405.3), Occupation Health & Safety Administration and University Hospital Policy.
